Executive Etiquette is a one day program that offers professionals an in depth examination of Social International Protocol through the seamless integration of business and dining etiquette concepts. The program will cover everything from seating and place setting recognition to conversation topics and closing a business deal in a restaurant setting.
Participation and social interaction among participants will be a key component of the program and will ultimately determine one’s successful completion of the workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their dining etiquette and communication skills in a supervised and simulated environment. The program is designed to provide participants with a hands-on experience and they will be required to engage and participate in various scenarios. Participants will learn to differentiate between 4, 5, and 7 course place settings and familiarize themselves with a formal dining environment. They will also learn how to seat themselves and colleagues in a business dining setting and what behaviour is to be demonstrated in various simulated scenarios.
Course materials and hand-outs etc will be provided and are included in the course fee. Refreshments including a seven course meal will be provided to all attendees. Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the Program.
