Let’s Talk It Out is a one day Conflict Resolution Workshop. Conflicts whether they be inter-personal or inter-departmental are inevitable in the corporate world and knowing how to handle and diffuse them successfully is an essential and coveted skill. This hands on workshop is largely participation based and participants will be required to engage in various self assessment and case study scenarios. All participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the workshop.
Who should attend?
Let’s Talk It Out is suitable for HR managers, Project Managers, and other professionals in middle to high level management. A basic background knowledge of conflict resolution theory and strategy would be beneficial however it is not essential.
This program is not suitable for junior management or management trainees/executives. The program examines conflict resolution from the point of view of the manager supervising a team of subordinates and deals with advanced theoretical concepts and practical strategic measures.
